We review applicable HOA design standards, evaluate the existing home and site, and prepare drawings that clearly communicate size, placement, and exterior character. The goal is a complete, well-documented submission that allows HOA boards and Architectural Review Committees to review the proposal efficiently and consistently.
This service is limited to 500 SF total. This can be combined with our Porch, Pool, and Patio Approval Package.
